About Tai
I'm a marketing director, journalist, and founder with more than 12 years of experience in marketing, media, and audience development.
As Director of Marketing at the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA), I lead marketing initiatives supporting Black businesses and communities across the Commonwealth. My work includes directing marketing for two consecutive Mass Black Expos, with general admission for the 2026 event selling out four days before the event.
I also founded MIIXTAPECHIICK, an independent music and entertainment publication, and M3 Multimedia Agency, a boutique marketing consultancy serving nonprofits, event organizations, and growing businesses.
My approach brings together editorial thinking, strategic planning, and performance measurement to create marketing that serves a clear purpose.
