The Social Butterflies Events · M3 client project

A site built to turn visitors into booked events.

Executive summary

A full modernization of tsb.events for a Black owned, woman led event planning and floral design company in Boston: a new design, a move off Showit to Netlify, a verified inquiry path into HoneyBook, and the analytics the business has never had.

Through M3 Multimedia Agency, I redesigned the website for a Black owned, woman led event planning and floral design company, separating services and giving each one a clear path to inquire.

The results

1 to 4

ways to inquire, up from a single contact form

9

portfolio events given their own presentation

12

client logos in one tone, up from four in mixed colors

4

markets named up front: Boston, Martha's Vineyard, D.C., Chicago

The Challenge

Strong work, hidden behind one form.

The work was strong and the site did not show it. One generic contact form carried every inquiry, and corporate galas sat beside weddings with no way to tell which service a visitor needed.

The Approach

A clear path for every kind of event.

  • Three service paths for corporate, weddings, and Soul & Sangria.
  • A rebuilt portfolio around real event photography.
  • Ten FAQ answers for the questions the team was already answering by email.
  • A platform move from Showit to Netlify on her own domain, with the existing HoneyBook form tested end to end and analytics installed for the first time.

Results Context

Launched, with a path for every inquiry.

The redesigned site launched in October 2026 at tsb.events. The completed improvements are the ones listed here: four ways to start an inquiry instead of one, nine past events on a new portfolio page, and client logos presented in one consistent tone.

The 90-day figures in the planning document are proposed targets, not results. Bookings, inquiry volume and revenue will only be reported once post-launch analytics support them.
